I have the honour to report that I have granted to Mr. George Albert Woodcock, First Clerk, Magistracy, a pension at the rate of £423. 10s. Od. per annum with effect from the 8th August, 1920, and that the Crown Agents for the Colonies have been instructed to issue payments to him as they become due.

I have also granted him prior to his retire- ment from the service four months' leave of absence on full

pay to commence on the 8th April, 1920.
